Ability to bring on and improve quality horses on the flat, compete BS and do stable duties with the rest of the team a necessity. Lots of riding in addition to stable duties. HGV an advantage. Requirements

Ability to school and improve horses on the flat and over fences in a professional manner. Must be good sympathetic rider and want to improve horse and rider.
