Due to a change in circumstances I'm currently looking for a part time riding role, 4 mornings a week, but can be flexible. I have over 16 years experience within the industry and have produced horses from youngstock up to intermediate. I'm happy to work with all sorts, from happy hackers to fit competition horses. Quiet but firm rider, who can deal with quirks if necessary. Ideally within 30 mins of Newark but happy to travel up to an hour for the right place.
From Showjumping, to showing/eventing and foals through to stallions I have experience in all aspects of the equestrian world. I am looking for my next long term journey where I can spend my days working with the animals I love, and carry out my exceptionally high standards for the right person.

I am happy with any yard work or exercising if required. I have brought on young horses and competed in county-level showing and up to novice level dressage with animals I have started from scratch. I am currently working towards a Masters in Law but am doing this part time so am able to work full time, alongside working my own horse.
Looking for the opportunity to contribute to the ongoing achievements of a supportive and collaborative team with a progressive equestrian program for summer circuit and WEF 2025 with a focus on long-term success. Volunteered for the past 10 years for a lady with up to 5 horses- this involved breaking, training, hunting, competing and rehabilitating her horses, as well as the general care of the horses and the private yard. Including some responsibility for holiday cover, managing this around my 9-5 and other liveries. Competed in the university BUCS riding competitions which involves riding two new horses- one for dressage (7 mins warm up) and one for SJ (4 mins warm up). Self employed as a yard groom for a year- general care of a selection of horses with different owners with different routines and requirements for their horses One week on a racing yard in Lambourne during work experience week 4 years ago which involved looking after and hacking race horses. 2 years working at a local riding stables- general care of horses as well as ensuring they went to the lessons on time and were well presented
