Equine work experience
I am hard working, enthusiastic and reliable. I have always strived to reach ambitious goals and succeeded. Whilst working as an competitive equestrian event rider I have gained valuable life experience; working long hours in hard conditions and often against the odds.
Specialities
I specialise in eventing, and have trained 3 of my own horses, as well as ridden and maintained other highly-strung event horses of various ages and competition levels.
Type of ride work
Since the age of 14 I have evented, initially in the pony club where I went from being the most junior member of the team to the most senior, often mentoring the newer and younger members of the team. At 15 I began BE where I managed every aspect of my eventing schedule. This included competition entries, finances, training and logistics.
Competition details
I regularly competed 2 horses, which included their preparation and presentation. Both of which were started and Pre-Novice, one progressed to Novice which I feel was the level of his capability and the other was soon to start intermediate before I decided to take a hiatus.
