I started riding at the age of 5 and had to quit due to moving to spain. I then started riding again at the age of 11, working in a local riding school at weekends. Then when i turned 14 i worked at a racing stud where i cared for the mares and foals and general yard duties. I also worked at a showjumping livery yard where i lunged/rode the hot horses ready for their rider. I am now working for a private lady where i do general yard duties, sole charge of her horses when she is away on holiday and working with an arthritic pony working to a gentle routine to keep him flexible. I have been providing holiday livery cover for owners and can provide references, all the clients I have worked with are pleased with what I have done for them.
