Job Description
You are required to start your own business in an area where a Farrier is urgently needed.
Experienced Farrier to take on area in need of a farrier for particularly Olympic discipline performance horse industry, but also racing and other clients.
Unlimited number of horses requiring reliable and competant service on a regular basis in rural NSW.
Possible eligibility for work visa. Arrangements made to get clients and accomodation lined up.
Requirements
Capable: honest: therapeutic shoeing skills: good horse handling skills: experienced farrier and reliable: own tools of trade: desire to make a horse sound and comfortable for whatever discipline it is in.
Required Skills
Driving license; Handling Youngstock; Sole Charge.

The Facility
Breeding thoroughbreds for the Olympic disciplines of Eventing, Dressage and Showjumping. Training offspring from foals through to competition as physically mature horses for sale as reliable, well educated and enjoyable mounts for suitable riders to take on. Job vacancy requires capable rider to educate green horses in good classical flat work and jumping techniques, be able to compete and also work unassisted and perform a multitude of tasks without the need to be told what to do - someone with a very good work ethic and a calm and forgiving temperament with greenly trained horses under saddle.
Xcountry training fences, outdoor jumping arena and dressage menage. All horses worked from grassy paddocks where they run in small groups.
