Job Description

Farm maintainence including, tractor work with paddock vac, slasher, mowing, fence repairs and general repairs. Must have tractor experience, able to weld and drive bobcat.
Also must have experience with warmblood performance horses able to turn out horses to paddocks, rug, feed and solid understanding of horse management. The stable hand work would 1 - 3 days per week mostly when we are away at shows taking our groom with us.

Requirements

Able to drive a semi trailer would be an added advantage!
Excelllent Presentation is required, no wild tattoos peircings etc.

Required Skills

Driving license; HGV license; Drive Horsebox; Equine First-Aid; Handling Youngstock; Bandaging; Sole Charge.

Required Expertise

Livery; Show Jumping; Sole Charge.

The Facility

Primarily a Show Jumping yard, we have several coaches and upto 30 horses on the yard. We breed warmblood horses for show jumping, which we break and train ourselves. We coach many young riders and have had success in top level Junior and Senior Competitions. The Centre is a 50 acre, five star complex, offering superb living conditions for horses and employees.
