Job Description
We are a Thoroughbred and performance horse stud in Beaudesert, Queensland, Australia, we have an availability for a farm stay/working holiday person to work with horses to begin immediately
This is not a paid position but in return for your work you get accommodation & meals etc and get to experience working on a busy stud and enhance your horsemanship skills
You will get to experience foals being born, serving mares and riding horses, for people who qualify, if you spend 3 months on our farm you can get 1 year extension on your visa!

The Facility
We are situated on over 300 acres of lush green grass settled in between breathtaking mountains, yet we only a short drive to the Gold Coast and Brisbane
Our facilities include 76 stables, 2 horse walkers, indoor round yard, horse swim, race track, a large grassy showjumping area and a grass dressage arena, and our property backs on to the beautiful Albert River
We offer our clients race horse pre training, breaking, sales preparation, race horse spelling and mare and foal care
We stand 3 thoroughbred stallions and have around 150 plus horses on the farm all year round
