Job Description

Looking for a self motivated person, with excellent communication skills,and customer service experience. Must be able to teach students from beginners -novice with some advance riding level, both group and private. Must be able to ride to intermediate/advance level, be able to help educate green young horses in all aspect of flat work. Must be be up on all lunging aspects. This person must have been teaching in a riding school/ private yard within the last 24 months. We are looking for a person that can lunge a rider within a lesson, and be able to manage group lessons of up to 6 riders, at one time while keeping all safe and the lesson productive and active. Also not be scared to get their hands dirty, doing boxes, cleaning yards, taking out trail rides.
Along with being keen to step up into the Chief Instructors job from time to time.

Requirements

Looking for a person that can teach all levels of riding and help in training of show horses & dressage as well as some jumping horses . Be very self moviated. Accommodation

Three bedroom fully funished shared house. electricity and water provided.
Located in the beautiful Gunanba Valley. We are 20minutes from Nerang and 30 minutes from Sufers Paradise.
Non-smoker.

Need person to be willing to help train other staff. Plus happy to live with others.

Benefits

at times the right person will get to go to the shows with the show team as a groom helping out with presentation and teaching. If capable a horse will be provide to compete on at some shows. But bear in mind that this job is for an instructor on the riding school. Staff training also is offered, weekly lessons are avaliable. Work ride and educate private horses on the school.
Be able to take charge of our staff and supervisor - keen to put a imput into the training of the school horses.
