Job Description
We are looking for someone that can help us build our knowledge, as well as a name for our horses and themselves in the western, cow horse world.
Farrier experience would be a plus.
We live a couple of miles away from a saddle club and have access to many horse trails on crown land.
Requirements
Pasture breeding, foaling, shots, farrier work, training from birth to show.
Required Skills
Riding; Driving license; Handling Youngstock; Teaching; Exercising; Starting/Breaking; Competing; Natural Horsemanship; Parelli Horsemanship.
Required Expertise
Showing; Stud.
Accommodation
To start there is room and board in the main house, to be expanded to a separate residence in the future.

The Facility
We are a small operation that with the right team we would like to expand. To give a brief intro... we both were raised with horses but have only got back into them in our later years. We also bought a small proven herd with a lot of the 50 years of trial and error already done for us. We have a good blood line with some roping, reining stuff like that.
What we need is for someone to basically teach me as they do. Any credit for training, showing etc. would all be given to the trainer.
We are also willing to allow the right person to expand their stay with us if wanted. eg: give riding lessons or training sessions on our property.
