Job Description
We are in need of a strong barn help/assistant to head trainer, that can muck, feed, groom, handle young horses without hesitation, has knowledge of wound care and medications. Someone comfortable assisting vet/farrier, also dealing with boarding clients on a regular basis.
Experience teaching beginners and working with children an asset
Required Skills
Riding; Equine First-Aid; Handling Youngstock; Lunging; Bandaging; Teaching; Trim/Pull.

The Facility
We are a small hunter/jumper facility that shows from the beginner to the grand prix jumper ring. We also board 20 + horses with a regular lesson program as well as a good young horse program. Also have approximately 6 foals per year that we raise, train and sell.
Situated in Alberta on 110 acres, close to the river valley. We have a large outdoor riding ring and an indoor ring for year round riding.
