Job Description
Opening for a working student. Our working student program is run for minimum 3 mths to 1 year to allow the most benefit from the program.
Benefits include - one hour per day of equitation/barn management instruction. Daily riding opportunities, show preparation and possible participation (at Coach's discretion), attendance at Dressage Clinics hosted at our facility and possible participation (at Coachs discretion). Participation in 'Train a Horse' program.
Requirements: Equine experience required, hard-working, positive attitude, self-starter. Equine qualifications/studies an asset.

Requirements
Must have hard-working attitude - the days are long but we try to keep things fun, all safety instructions and barn rules to be followed.
Equine experience required
Motivated, positive individual - we are prepared to provide you with assistance in your learning if you are keen and eager to learn and use the opportunities presented to you
Required Skills
Riding; Equine First-Aid; Schooling; Lunging; Bandaging; Plaiting; Trim/Pull.
Required Expertise
Livery; Riding School; Flatwork.
Accommodation
Room and board provided in a shared house with barn owners - own room provided.
Must love animals as there are two indoor dogs and several cats.
Warm, family atmosphere in a regular house - not a palace, the barn and care of the horses are our top priority.

The Facility
Beautiful facility, approximately 25 horses, competition-sized indoor arena connected to the barn, field riding in the summer, outdoor round pen arena.
Quality dressage and hunter/jumper horses, showing, lessons, boarding with a highly experienced owner/coach who has trained with some of the top dressage riders.
Friendly, professional environment.
