Job Description

I am looking for someone who can help me with both my year old son as well as be part of the team working with the horses.
Job description for the au pair side is helping looking after our little boy who is one who is very energetic but very sweet! Helping assist with his care you will never be left in sole charge of him its just to help me.

The job description for the horses: I breed coloured sports horses and we have 5 stallions all working at various levels plus youngsters that are being backed and brought on. There is an opportunity for the right person for lots of riding and possible competing. I also require someone to help work with the foals, stallion handling, foaling etc. There are lots of chances to gain valuable experience in breeding. As well as all normal yard duties.

I ride purely dressage but some of the horses are from SJ bloodlines so there is a chance to start jumping them for the right person.

Requirements

We would like someone who can work with us and become part of the family.

Required Skills

Riding; Handling Youngstock; Schooling; Lunging; Sole Charge; Exercising; Starting/Breaking.

Required Expertise

Dressage; Livery; Show Jumping; Sole Charge; Stud; Working with children; Flatwork.

Accommodation

We will provide a large double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. There is access to WIFI whenever required. A television and DVD in the bedroom is also available. We have a heated swimming pool and jacuzzi which can be used whenever wanted.

The Facility

We have a stud in fantastic countryside with incredible hacking. We have a menage, jumps, sand turnout areas 8 stables, washdown box, CCTV in the foaling boxes, stocks etc.
