Job Description
we are looking for somebody who can help us with the training of our competitionhorses. dressage and showjumping. the job would also include giving lessons to some of our riders.
we would expect you to ride 3-4 horses a day and give maybe 1 or 2 lessons per day. no stablework, no grooming.
Requirements
we need somebody to help us getting our horses and riders to the next level in dressage and showjumping. RERS owns 2 andalusian stallions( the 2 only ones in India) and although they are very talented they have not advanced to higher classical movements, because we don't know , how to teach them! Anybody out there , who can????

No stablework, no grooming. All you need to do is RIDE in the morning and in the late afternoon, the rest of the day you're free to do what you want.
The Facility
Red Earth is a riding school and a training facililty for dressage and showjumpingcompetitions. We have 1 fullsized dressagearena (60x20m) and 2 smaller sized ones (40x20m). our jumpingarena is 90x40m. we also have a small crosscountrycourse and a roundpen. all the horses are stabled in open air stables with attached paddocks for small groups of 3 - 4 horses. In addition to those we have 2 very big paddocks.
