Job Description
Working Students for our 2 yards: to help look after 4 yr olds upwards. MUST ride well on the flat on arrival. Tasks include: grooming/riding 5/6 horses daily/hack out/lunging/show prep & travel with horses from 4 year olds upwards. When finished the student should be able to turn out to International Standard, do day to day stable management, flat ride/schooling to a high standard. Essential Requirements - Must have a good seat & light hands, good stable management, work ethic, team player, willingness to learn. Students will have the opportunity to compete if competent. Travel to shows & sales, neat appearance. Minimum 4 month stay.
Requirements
High quality young horses competing on the National Circuit, so commitment to the work is essential, good work ethic, be pleasent & have a positive outlook, easy to work with, open to taking direction & working to a plan. You will need a good basic dressage/flat work, please attach a short video link of you riding & we can then access & train to a higher level. Turn out is to a high standard so person needs to be organised, neat & have some show experience.
