Job Description

We are looking for a person between 20 and 35, possibly female, with driving licence and with internationally recognised riding licence.
Duties include:
general groom duties, excercising horses, teaching, driving the tractor, dealing with clients.
English language required and basic Italian preferred
confirmation/contract after 6 months

Requirements

you should have good interpersonal skills,
You must speak either fluent english or italian,
Willing to work, sole charge, confidence on horseback,

Riding; Driving license; Handling Youngstock; Schooling; Lunging; Teaching; Trim/Pull; Sole Charge; Exercising; Starting/Breaking.

Required Expertise

Accommodation

housing is provided 3km from the yard. local towns at driving distance, days off nice and easy to go to Florence, Pisa, Siena and other beautiful tuscan towns,

Benefits

1 day and a half off or 2 days depends on the time of year
Its a small buisness at the moment, but has huge potential if staff is willing to help put in the effort to transform our yard to a successful business,

The Facility

Looking for someone to begin in mid Febuary
We have a newly built Austrian Style indoor arena, all wood, solar pannaled and suround sound speakers to attach ipods ect, lunge arena,
large paddocks, 10 outdoor boxes with paddock space, and 10 new stables by the indoor arena, also will be building an outdoor arena, the stable is a work in progress, a staff house will be built within the next months and two guest houses.
at the moment 12 horses and will hope to get more as the buisness gets bigger.
We also have roughly 30pigs and lots of olive trees where we produce our own olive oil, salumi ect.
