Job Description

A beautiful riding resort located in a castle in southern tuscany Italy, 1.5 hours from Rome. we have developped a successfull activity of riding programs based on trekking or teaching riders .Our main activity is aimed at the english and german market,as well as northern europe and Us .
Two very important things :
a)OUR GUESTS AND OUR HORSES ARE EQUALLY IMPORTANT.
b)GOOD MANNERS AND A CHEERFULL ATTITUDE ARE A VERY IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT .
Beside we need someone with very good SENSE OF DIRECTION toghether with equestrian skills at jumping and dressage; grooming,mucking up and training horses .We need someone with experience in leading groups out in the open countryside for miles.On the other hand it must be someone ready to teach basic riding and jumping to children and adults. We have 1 showjumping arena and 1arena for flatwork .around the castle there is a crosscountry parcours .There are 15 horses to take care toghether with other members of the staff . The job is starting on the 1st of April.The ideal candidate speaks english , german and italian(?!).

Requirements

Minimum age required 24 .sole charge at times. We are looking for someone that can speak some german as well We appreciate flexibility and commitment .Good sense of direction absolutely necessary for the trekking part.
A good PR attitude is also required because our clients are our bread.This is not the job for someone who doesn't like to work with public.Of course riding is very important we need a person that can ride our horses skilfully.
If someone speaks some italian would be perfect

The Facility

We are a beautiful castle in the middle of an old estate in southern Tuscany , turned into a small but confortable holiday resort and riding school\hacking centre . Our main activity is taking people riding in the countryside or teaching them in the arena.
Our tourists\riders are mainly from English speaking countries.
We do riding holidays. 17 horses , a two week old foal, 1 jumping arena, 1 flatwork arena , multiple paddocks, 5 boxes .Fantastic unspoiled countryside for hacking.

We have 2 swimming pools, one tennis court, a mini football pitch and indoor foosball, pool and tennis tennis games.
