Job Description
Our Private showjumping yard is looking for a hard working, experienced person who can help with the every day yard duties and groom at (international) competitions.
The job involves general stable duties like lunging, riding, clipping, cleaning, feeding, handling of stallions, mucking, assisting the vet and dentist etc. Besides this we travel to international showjumping competitions all over Europe approximately 1-2 times per month.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, multi-task and solve problems under tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Possess initiative, creativity and integrity
- Being a good communicator with a happy disposition
- The applicant must be experienced in showjumping, competent and have a drivers license (preferably HGV).
Required Skills
Riding; Driving license; HGV license; Equine First-Aid; Lunging; Bandaging; Plaiting; Clipping; Sole Charge.
Required Expertise
Show Jumping; Sole Charge; Flatwork.
