Job Description
Working in a team of hunters, which includes beach work, station work, forestry riding, and equine swimming. Schooling in arena teaching horses to jump etc. General stable and farm duties, including feeding. Prep horses and truck ready on hunt mornings. Will be riding second horse at most hunts.
Au pair duties - helping with one 5yr daughter and general help with up-keep of house.
Will be working with my wife mostly as I travel alot. We are members with 3 hunt clubs so
we do travel NZ hunting through our season from March to August, so is a great opportunity to meet new people and see NZ from a different perspective.
Required from Jan to End August as Hunt Groom. May be possibility of continuing into Show season?
Requirements
Must be a competent rider. Like children. Sociable. Be able to work unsupervised. Forward thinker. Good work ethic. Most of all have fun and enjoy what you are doing.
