Job Description
This job would suit an enthusiastic person who enjoys working to high standards with quality horses in a friendly yard. You need to be experienced and competent in handling and managing competition horses and able to turn out to a high standard. If you enjoy dressage and being involved there will be opportunities to watch training and come to competitions.
You will be part of a small team but you will be responsible for the running of the yard and in sole charge on a regular basis.
Day to day work will include: general yard work, care of horses and equipment and hacking and schooling/training possible depending on riding ability.
Requirements
This position can only be offered to someone with suitable working experience and references.
Required Skills
Riding; Driving license; First-Aid; Handling Youngstock; Plaiting; Clipping; Trim/Pull; Sole Charge; Exercising.

The Facility
A yard of 10 -12 horses all stabled in a modern American barn. We have good facilites - outdoor school, lunge pen, horsewalker and post and rail paddocks. The yard is next to a bridlepath and we have good hacking both off road and local roads.
