Christian Riding Centre Manager

Exciting opportunity to take over the running of a Christian stable yard.

BHS approved riding centre in Wokingham, Berks which works primarily with young people in the local area. Outstanding facilities, including 12 brand new stables, indoor and outdoor riding schools, class room, tack and storage rooms and 10 acres of grazing land.
A riding centre manager is required to run the stable yard and take it to the next level. The successful candidate must be focused on maintaining and developing our high level of tuition, facilities, horse care and safety. In addition to this applicants must be passionate about building an environment where young people from all backgrounds can be built up, encouraged and find out about Jesus.

Job Specification:
• Well organised and capable of handling the day-to-day running of the stable yard
• Teaching horse riding from beginner up to BHS level 3
• Plan events such as pony days, shows and residentials.
• Dealing with booking and other administrative tasks

Candidate Qualifications:
• Minimum BHS AI and BHS 4
• Several recent years experience of running a stable yard
• Committed and enthusiastic Christian

Conditions of employment
This is a full-time position, salary negotiable. 20 days leave per year.The yard is not open on Sundays.
