Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen at Windmill Farm Equestrian.
Due to recent expansion we now cater for both Dressage and Event riders and
we are seeking a competition groom with experience in managing horses of all ages
and levels. Very committed, you will have high standards of stable management
and customer care - you will enjoy working as part of and experienced and motivated team.
In return you will receive a competitive salary and will be able to bring your own horse.
A vacancy also exists for an apprentice / working pupil.

Required Skills
Handling Youngstock; Lunging; Bandaging; Plaiting; Clipping; Trim/Pull; Sole Charge.
Required Expertise
Dressage; Eventing; Livery; Sole Charge.

The Facility
Windmill Farm Dressage is situated on the edge of the Chilterns in a green belt area. Windmill is within an hours drive of a number of leading competition venues.
WfD provides a high quality livery / training / competition venue for all level of clients and horses.
WfD is a BHS approved livery yard offering the highest standard of service, where the welfare of the horse and support of clients are priorities.
WfD offers the following
*2 all weather floodlit outdoor arena’s.
*70m x 30m competition arena
* covered seating area with easy viewing for friends and family.
* 20m x 40m outdoor arena, available for jumping, lunging and schooling.
*All weather gallops,& circular ride, complete with a number of cross country jumps, provide a safe alternative to road riding.
*‘in house’ training with an accredited BD trainer as well as regular Dressage Clinics with leading trainers.
