Job Description
Senior position with authority available for the right experienced and qualified person, within a busy equestrian centre in a key reponsible role.
You will be very involved with the day to day running of the Riding School side of the business and with the liveries. The position will include some of the day to day yard duties, plus teaching from novice to more advanced standard, from private to group lessons.
The ability to help organise/manage other members of staff with the daily routine.
To help plan and manage our Pony Club Centre activities/camps alongside another senior instructor.
Assist in co-ordinating and organising our shows.
The right applicant needs to have a pleasant nature and the ability to work on their own initiative, and have a commericial understanding of our centre.
To have both pleasant and professional teaching skills and ability to deal with the customers on a day to day basis.
To have the patience and caring nature to deal with our disabled riders.
Ability to school certain horses to a reasonable level and to turn out a horse to competition standard. A thorough and caring nature with our horses is a must, with a pride in the standard of your work.
Hours can be flexible to a degree and some weekend working will be required. A full driving licence is necessary.

The Facility
Indoor School. Menage. 34 Stables. We have just secured more land where we intend to build a small cross- country course.
We are a registered Riding School and Pony Club Centre, we have 2 groups from RADA who come every week.
We hold regular shows during the summer which includes showing and show jumping.
