Job Description

Part-Time Reliable Groom required for all-round yard duties on small private yard in Mobberley, Cheshire. Duties to include mucking out, bringing in from the field, haynets, waters, rugs, yard sweeping, tack cleaning, grooming etc. Applicant must be calm and confident when handling the horses, have a cheerful, friendly personality and have high standards so the yard, horses and tack are very clean and tidy. We have a 16.3 Holstein show-jumper who has been part of the family for 9 yrs, a 14.2 driving pony who will be broken in to ride in the Spring, a 14.2 allrounder and a Shetland companion. At present 2 of the horses live in and 2 live out. We are looking for someone to work 10 hours per week (2hrs for 3 days and 4 hrs on 1 day-per week).
