Job Description
Due to being let down prior to permanent job commencement - I need someone to start as soon as possible and work until permanent full time staff is placed - so probably about 4 weeks. But possibly longer and also the possibility of a permanent full time position if you are able to run and organise a busy yard and ride well.
You will be working on a high class dealing /livery yard helping to school and produce a variety of young and some very green horses, mostly Irish bred. You need to be fit, efficient, work to a busy schedule and be able to maintain very high standards with horse care and stable management - at times working unsupervised. Previous experience working full-time on a professional yard is essential. So you need to be a confident and established rider and happy to work hard in a rewarding job on a yard with a really good atmosphere.
Requirements
Maximum weight 10 1/2 stone (147lbs or 67kgs). This is not a trainee position so you must have previous experience working full-time on a professional and able to work to high standards.
Required Skills
Equine First-Aid; Schooling; Lunging; Trim/Pull; Exercising.
Required Expertise
Flatwork.
