Job Description
Busy BHS 'Where to Train' centre needs an experienced yard supervisor. Minimum BHS Stage 3 or Grooms Certificate, over 23 years. We are an approved Riding School, Livery yard, Pony Club centre and BHS approved Training & Examination Centre. We are looking for a professional individual, who will be responsible for the welfare of the horses and the supervision of the students on the yard. This is a full time position a 5 day week which includes Saturday & Sunday. References will be required.
Requirements
The applicant would be required to work weekends with 2 days off during the week. You must have experience of running a busy yard have strong interpersonal and communication skills, you must have experience in handling and riding all types of horses and have exceptionally high standards of care for both the horses and the yard. Being able to drive a tractor and harrow surfaces would be an advantage. Excellent references will be required for this post.
