Job Description

The right applicant will have the chance to ride and train with Jonty. For the right applicant there will be two horses to ride - potentially at competitions (if they go well enough) There is a possibilty of bringing your own horse. Any applicant will be expected to work on the yard and train towards NVQ exams.
Applicants must be KEEN and ambitious to improve - you dont have to be experienced - you just have to want to do it.

Requirements

You must be a driver and must have some experience of competition horses. Good work ethic and drive to help a team succeed is vital. Sense of humour under pressure is also helpful.

Required Skills

Riding; Driving license; Plaiting; Clipping; Trim/Pull; Exercising.

Accommodation

Shared accomadation in a centrally heated, double glazed mobile home, in a stunning location. Applicant may also live out if they are local.

. One months trial after which a correct and complete contract of employment is used.
Riding and training to help further your abilities is an added bonus if the applicant shows the right desire. There may be a chance of competition rides on some young horses when the applicant has proven themselves.

The Facility

Set in 48 Acres with stunning views and ever increasing facilities. Which include 15 loose boxes, a new 60x25 outdoor arena, walker, and extensive on and off road hacking. A superb all weather gallops is within hacking distance.
We produce top class event horses, training and breaking, as well as hunters and teamchasers.
Jonty is a well known instructor from pony club to the highest levels.
