Job Description

To join our current team to look after the horses to a high standard and keep the livery yard running professionally working as a team with high motivation, self motivation and a real love for horses. We have a low turn over of staff and this position also offers NVQ training to applicants without such qualifications.

Requirements

Able to work as part of a team or on own and kind simpathetic approach to the horses. To be able to carry out all stable duties to a high standard and to think ahead and logically.

Required Skills

Riding; Equine First-Aid; Schooling; Lunging; Bandaging; Clipping; Trim/Pull; Exercising.

Required Expertise

Livery.

Local good equestrian college for part time courses. To be treated as part of the family. We are a registerred training yard offering NVQ training. We have a friendly group of staff who have created a jovial and bouyant atmosphere whilst working to a high standard.

The Facility

Livery yard consisting of 31 boxes in purpose built, up market yard including heated tack room, rug room and common room. 60 x 30 rubber manege and 100 x 50 grass jumping arena. Large turnout fields. Friendly liveries. We are now looking for a 5th member of staff.
