Job Description

WANTED NOW Help with horses/au-pair - Clydesdale show horses mare and gelding. An arab x plus a hanovarian x mare, Helping with general yard duties plus riding and exercising horses - Full board living and helping with family, going to shows plus chance to compete. On direct bus route to Inverness and Aberdeen. Beautiful spot in the highlands of Scotland. one and a half days off per week one full day and one half day. We are a friendly Scottish family, Chance to explore the beautiful surrounding countryside and highlands of Scotland.

Requirements

An ability to learn how to prepare Clydesdales for showing in hand and ridden. We are starting horses for riding so must be a confident competent rider. Have one colt foal and one just started. Must be able to work on own.

The Facility

Groom/au-pair..ASAP Looking for an experienced girl/woman to help with horses 4 Clydesdales 1 part Arab and 1 Hanovarian cross plus a pony. Full board, food and lodgings are provided, with your own room, television/DVD. Access to internet wi-fi. Live and help with family. Riding in the highlands of Scotland. Driving licence would be helpful. We practise Monty Roberts (intelligent horsemanship). We are in the process of starting two of the Clydesdales, We show the Clydesdales, therefore someone who is confident in their own riding ability. Must have a calm demeanour around horses. 75.00 pounds per week + all food, no bills, One and a half days off per week. One full day + one half day. Our horses live out with field shelters. Riding in Culbin forest is nearby as is beach riding ten minutes away with the horse lorry. On bus route to Inverness Elgin and Aberdeen. Thanks
