Job Description

Must possess BHSAI, equivalent or higher qualification.

Requirements

Responsible for a team of six Grooms the Yard Supervisor needs to possess excellent people management skills, and effectively communicate at all levels with customers, colleagues and suppliers alike. Good planning and organisational abilities are a must in order to maintain and build upon the existing Brand standards.
Candidates must also display a mature and flexible attitude to work whilst demonstrating sound equestrian knowledge and competence supported by relevant qualifications.

Required Skills

Riding; Driving license; Drive Horsebox; First-Aid; Equine First-Aid; Clipping; Teaching; Trim/Pull; Sole Charge; Exercising.

Required Expertise

Livery; Riding School; Sole Charge; Trekking; Working with children; Working with the disabled.

Accommodation

Role comes with a Supervisors 2 bedroom flat (shared), adjacent to the Equestrian Facility, as part of the salary package as there is an 'on call' aspect to the job.
