Job Description
Small successful private yard of quality dressage horses, medium level and above. Is looking for a mature, experienced head groom with very high personal standards to manage our yard along side owner/rider. Must be able to follow instructions and also step up and take responsibilty in my absense. Current yard manager strongly recommends. Job includes all typical yard duties, including trim/clip/pull and show preparation.
You must be self motivated, have a positive outlook
and a desire to set and achieve very high standards. Some exercising including lunging and hacking, though this is not a riding position. Good sense of responsibility and ability to work using own initiative needed. 7-12,2-5, 5.5 days a week, standard holiday allowance. Start immediately. Email Cv if interested. Requirements
Must have experience running a competition yard. Driving licence and own car. Be very conscientious and responsible. Enjoy striving for high standards and taking pride in everything they do with strong attention to detail. Be able to both follow instructions and take responsibility in my absence.
