Job Description
We are looking for a experienced groom for our busy dealing yard. You must have plenty of experience handling all types of horses, be able to clip, load, catch. Turn horses out to a good standard.
Yard duties to a good standard.
Opportunity to ride too including hacking out should you wish to.
We are a friendly working yard and are looking someone to be loyal, take resonsibilty and reliable.
Must be able to start right away.
No dogs / 1 horse considered.
Please only reply if you are experienced and all of the above.
Requirements
Must be confident working with horses, efficient at tacking / washing off and attention to detail.
Required Skills
Equine First-Aid; Bandaging; Clipping; Trim/Pull; Sole Charge.
Required Expertise
Sole Charge.
Accommodation
On site self contained cottage, fully fitted bathroom / kitchen / lounge / bedrooms.
No bills at all.
Benefits
Riding is available if you would like to, but not necessary.
The Facility
Very busy dealing yard, stabling for 40+ horses. We buy and sell all types of riding horses, cob and ponies and also have competition show jumping and event horses.
