Need SMALL RIDER !!!! 5' 2" - 3" UNDER 120 lb. for pony hunters !!! Must live in USA !! Working Student who wants to live in Miami Florida (3 Br.Rm House on farm ) needed. A small rider is needed for training and tuning pony hunters!!! This NOT a TEMPORARY position for the "right person",but for someone who wants to become an Ass't Instructor /Pony Hunter trainer , with a possibility of becoming a very competent instructor/pony hunter rider/trainer !! Should have strong English Hunter Seat background.Preferably showing at "A" shows while growing up in Pony Hunters,Equitation,and Junior Hunters . Opportunity to learn with lessons from a TOP "A" Show Trainer on Champion Hunters.Must be reliable, hard working. Also competing at shows available eventually for the right applicant. Someone who is SMALL and "tough" enough to train pony hunters a must !!!!!

Requirements

This is NOT a Temporary position,but could become permanent with ADVANCEMENT !! !The working student must be SMALL (petite ) have a STRONG "Hunter Seat Equitation background and a strong desire to improve their skills in becoming an "Instructor" with top trainer. Opportunity to learn to teach beginner private lessons and become assistant instructor ! This is primarily a pony hunter barn,so someone who is small enough and TOUGH enough to train pony hunters !! and to be able to show them !

Required Skills

Riding; Schooling; Lunging; Clipping; Teaching.

Riding School; Show Jumping; Working with children.

Accommodation

TRYING to HIRE ASAP !!!! but COLLEGE students can apply and let me know date to START !!! , and must want to live in Miami, Florida - to share a 3 bd.rm house on property,Again, this is NOT a temporary position but a position with a possible ADVANCEMENT !!!!!

The Facility

Ascot Farm Working Student will have opportunity to ride and train Pony Hunters and learn the business "end" of the Equine Industry , and for the right student , have the opportunity to show at local schooling shows and possibly more !.
