Job Description
Opportunity for experienced hunter/ hunter over fences rider/ trainer. Small stable is looking for a motivated self starter with excellent knowledge of the hunter show world. Need to be a good rider able to start and train horses, and a desire to teach students. Willing to help with daily chores. This is an unique opportunity for someone who likes to train but without the expenses of the facility
Requirements
Positive attitude, motivated self-starter, good communication skills, desire to work with horses and people including kids, good organisational skills
Required Skills
Riding; Handling Youngstock; Schooling; Lunging; Bandaging; Clipping; Teaching; Exercising; Starting/Breaking; Competing.
Benefits
Housing on site, minimum base pay with opportunity to make more by increasing business for the stable, incl giving lessons, clinics, training etc.
Training in dressage if desired.
The Facility
Small stable with a maximum of 11 horses. Dutch owner/manager. Primary dressage stable but also some hunter/jumper. Lesson horses and boarders. Indoor, outdoor arena and hot-walker. Box stalls, paddocks and pastures. Heated tack-room and 2 heated tack-stalls. Private trails.
