Job Description

We are looking for a reliable, charismatic man, experienced with harness driving, draft horses and barn management issues to help us launch a new facet of our Equestrian business, primarily concentrating on the schooling and training of draft horses and their equipment, to be used in weddings, parades, fairs, etc...This job can be either full time or "weekends only" for someone local. Willingness to work occasional long hours, integrate well as a team player and put the Company's interests as your top priority will ultimately earn you a good income and a place to call "home". Clean driver's license and no issues a must.

Requirements

Polite, well groomed, consciencious individual. Ke4ep interaction with customers and other staff to a minimum and concentrate on the job at hand. Non smoker preferred.

The Facility

All around popular facility in Morristown, New Jersey, offering a range of activities: Pony Programs for kids, Troop Riding, Lessons, Summer Camp, trail riding., badge programs, etc...We need a Barn Manager / Assistant Barn Manager, a Riding Instructor (Hunt Seat / Balance Seat / Combined Training), an Office person, a Grounds and Maintenance manager and a marketing / PR person. All jobs can be part or full time. Living accomodations are also also available.
