Job Description

Established western trainer. Our facility is expanding its programs and we would like to welcome a western trainer. In the past we have had great western programs here. This is a great place to expand your program. Our big indoor arena is great in the winter months. We also have two outdoor arena’s, individual turnout paddocks, hot wash rack, full care, stalls cleaned daily, orchard grass fed 4 times a day, multiple different types of grain and nice people. Requirements

Qualified western trainer with great credentials current experience. This trainer would be responsible to bring in their own clients and horses. It would be great to have a program open to the public and welcome children to adults. We are open different disciplines of western riding. All breeds are welcomed. Preferably no working cow programs because we don’t have the room for cattle.

Required Skills

Riding; First-Aid; Equine First-Aid; Exercising.

The Facility

Non-profit historic equestrian facility located in Oregon run by a member Board of Directors and its Manager. We offer boarding and provide a range of training programs with our Riding Academy, Hunter/Jumper & Dressage programs. Looking for our next western trainer. We are open to the public and every type of rider.

Also has a robust calendar of shows and special events open to members and the public throughout the year.
