Job Description
Full-time position with focus on mares, foals and handling/sales-prep of yearlings. Lay-ups of race horses. Assist with vet/farrier and other equine related duties, such as cleaning stalls (minimum) organize tack room, feed room etc.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience with foaling and handling young stock
Required Skills
Driving license; Equine First-Aid; Handling Youngstock; Bandaging; Clipping; Sole Charge; Natural Horsemanship.

The Facility
Private thoroughbred breeding Facility located 20 miles from Harrisburg, Pa., 1 hour 20 minutes from Philadelphia, 2 1/2 hours from New York City. Residence for about 40 mares and 20 to 30 young horses / lay-ups. 30+ stall complex with 115 acres in paddocks and large fields (all feilds with run-in sheds).
