Job Description
Teaching a set schedule of H/J and/or Western lessons Tuesday through Saturday, attending shows with students at least once a month, taking students and boarders on trail rides at least once a month, cultivating students into boarders, finding horses for students, collecting for following month, maintaining low turnover, helping maintain and manage lesson horses, and participating in Summer Camp Program. This is a highly structured environment with high expectations. You must possess an effective organizational system, be self motivated and good in sales. We are looking for someone with good leadership skills and an outgoing positive attitude with a great desire for success!

Accommodation
Accommodation is available if necessary, only responisble for deposit and utilities. Horse(s) can be boarded at a very good rate at the facility.

The Facility
Saddlebrook is a First Class facility that teaches over 400-500 lessons per month and houses over 100 horses. This facility caters mostly to beginner/intermediate riders and provides a beautiful, affordable, family atmosphere. Saddlebrook has a large 125x250 covered arena, two outdoor arenas (all with lights and sprinklers), two round pens, a small covered arena, three hot walkers, asphalt parking an trailer parking, 42 surveillance cameras, several staff houses, several bathrooms for clients, rubber pacers throughout, pastures (all irrigated with sprinkler systems). And many more amenities! The owners live on the premises but do not teach. All students go to independent Contract Instructors.
