Job Description

We are looking for a reliable go-getter who loves to work with horses and people. From training, leading trail rides and sleigh rides, running summer camps, lessons in english, western, gaming and jumping - horse and barn care, preparing horses for sale and working with clientele - all skills are valued. We need a diverse, talented, ethical, honest and fun individual who values riding skills of all disciplines and has a strong desire to connect humans and horses in a loving and compassionate way. Excellent people and horse skills and a team player attitude is a must. Willingness to do diverse duties from barn work, ranch work, marketing, office work to horses. Someone who values the change in the seasons and all that brings. This is an excellent opportunity to build a clientele in lessons and/or training and sales. Not all these skills are required - some training is expected. But instruction and schooling is a must.

Requirements

We are a looking for a highly ethical and hard working individual or possibly a team to join our organized 20 year business. This person needs to be flexible and willing to do what needs to be done on the ranch rain, shine and snow. Excellent people skills and horse skills are a must with a strong liking and skill for teaching english and western seats with a strong emphasis on equine connection and humaneness. A desire to expand and contribute and build a clientele is desired.
