Job Description
BRC Stables is a hunter/jumper barn specializing in OTTB's in Lexington Va looking to fill a full time working student position. The position is six days a week with housing provided and a small weekly allowance based on experiance;. As a working student at BRC Stables you are expected to be capable of completing all typical barn chores and horse care, you will have the opportunity to ride daily and possible showing opportunities to the right rider. Applicants should be capable of walking, trotting, cantering, and be able to complete a small hunter/jumper type course as well as being comfortable riding outside of an arena in field/trail situations. All applicants should remember that as a working student you should have a good work ethic and that this is a great opportunity to learn and further your equine knowledge.Please no out of country applicants.mustbe a high school graduate. Would prefer applicants who can comitt to at least a six month stay
