Job Description

Instructor/ Trainer/Assistant Manager: This is an opportunity to build a training, seminar, adult dressage camp and lesson business at my farm and develop own clientele. Train and show Lipizzans. Assist in breeding operation. Farm has year-round training facilities and some stalls available. Train and show sale horses. Show and clinic expenses paid, commission, other negotiable terms. Dressage should be your favorite discipline and you need to be small enough to start young Lipizzans 14-15h. USA citizenship required.

Requirements

Abilty to handle and ride stallions, handle foals and young stock, start horses, teach, and show. Must be open to riding baroque horses.

We do not have separate housing at this time. One vacant bedrom could be a temporary living space. Living expenses are low in this area.

The Facility

Accessible to Morven Park, Menfelt, Gordonsdale XC, Great Meadows and many other showing/training venues. We breed Lipizzans & stand an imported, approved stallion. We occasionally breed Oldenburgs and reining QHs. We offer self-care board with 24x7 turnout. Amenities include 51 acres, indoor arena, lighted outdoor arena & round pen, & monthly clinics with Jean Paul Pare. We sell Duett saddles and hand made Medieval saddle pads. Riders' expertise includes eventing and dressage. Future non-profit club for teaching good horsemanship and general riding skills at a reasonable/subsidized price.
