We're situated in an affluent area outside Washington, DC on approximately 60 acres.  Our facilities include 3 indoor arenas, two outdoor arenas, and a cross country jumping field.  We can house as many as 101 horses, and employ approximately 30 persons.  Many of our employees live on the premises in rent-free housing.

This position pays a base (starting) salary with rent-free housing (utilities not included), dress code clothing (required), one week paid vacation per year, commissions on horse sales &amp; away show coaching fees.  Group health insurance is available with company contribution on a yearly increasing vesting schedule, and personal (full-care only) horse boarding is available at a nominal staff board rate. 

There are numerous housing units on the property, primarily semi-private, all just seconds away from the riding facility and within short distances to shopping, dining and other amenities.
