I love this site! I am not actively seeking employment, as I am still a student but with how the economy has been, I like to know where the best jobs are in the country and what salaries are like. Yardandgroom is the best way to keep up so that when I graduate in June I will get the best job for me in the best area. I've tried using other equestrian job search sites but they're often hard to navigate and want a ton of information before letting you in. Yardandgroom is easy to navigate and doesn't require me to give more information than I'm comfortable with over the internet. If anything, I wish there were ever more jobs posted here--it's great!

This is an amazing website. It is easy to navigate and logically laid out. Everything is funtional (no dead links, dead ends, etc.) and I've found some fantasic job matches so far. I only recently started looking for work on sites like this and yardandgroom is by far the best I've found. If anything could be improved it would be to include as much Western content as English.

The best investment we made was to join Y&G. We have had great success recruiting staff for our 2008 season here at a busy riding school in Crete, Greece. Of course there will always be some applicants who don't take the time to read the job description and just apply anyway, but the vast majority on Y&G do make the effort. A very professional site, well run and with rapid response from site administrators, Yard&Groom has enabled Finca Las Sombras secure a very capable person.
Located Nicaragua (well outside the 'mainstream' equestrian world) we recieved over 300 views and close to 75 serious inquires or responses in only 15 days. In fact it became a difficult decision to narrow our list of applicants to a short list!
We are very happy to have filled the position as of 19 October 2007 and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this site to yards seeking a rich and diverse selection of candidates for their positions.
