China Horse Market is a specialist consultancy connecting the European equestrian industry with the rapidly growing Chinese market.
We work closely with a network of established equestrian clubs across China that are actively seeking passionate, experienced instructors and coaches from Europe. These clubs are investing heavily in developing their riding programmes and are looking for professionals who can bring strong fundamentals, international standards, and a genuine enthusiasm for teaching.
Our role is to bridge the gap — supporting both coaches and clubs to ensure the right match, clear communication, and a smooth transition into working in China.
