**Full-Time Riding Coach – The Parklands Stables

We’re seeking a passionate, professional coach to join our well-regarded riding school in the beautiful Southern Highlands. At The Parklands Stables, we provide high-quality, personalised instruction for riders of all ages and stages — with a strong emphasis on safety, horse welfare, and creating a calm, inclusive environment.

You’ll be working with well-educated horses, a supportive team, and structured teaching days designed to help you thrive as both a coach and a rider. About You: EA coaching accreditation (or working towards it) Current First Aid (HLTAID011) and WWCC (NSW) Confident teaching a range of levels, with a kind, steady approach Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset Committed to ongoing learning and high standards of horse care This role suits a coach who takes pride in their work, enjoys helping people progress, and wants to contribute to a values-led business.
