Leading Victorian thoroughbred broodmare farm is hiring a WHV (Subclass 417 or 462) holder to join our farm as a stud hand for 3 or 6 months starting 1 September 2026. Daily tasks include feeding horses, handling mares, foals & yearlings, cleaning stables & yards, assisting vets & general farm maintenance. Experience with horses is a BIG advantage. You must have energy, enthusiasm, team spirit and enjoy working outdoors with horses in all kinds of weather, On-farm accomm available in Romsey, Victoria 3434 This job is approved work for 88 days (417) or 6 months (462).
Requirements
Previous experience working with horses. Energy, enthusiasm, team spirit and enjoy working outdoors with horses in all kinds of weather. Manual driving license Horse riding is NOT part of this role.
