Experienced Groom Wanted – Training Barn | Belgium

We are looking for an experienced and reliable groom to join our professional training barn in Belgium.

The position involves the daily care and handling of high-quality Arabian horses, including stallions, young horses and show horses. Therefore, previous experience handling stallions confidently and safely is essential.

The role includes all normal grooming duties such as feeding, mucking out, preparing horses for training, grooming, washing, hand-walking, turning horses in/out, keeping the barn and equipment organised, and assisting the trainers with the horses throughout the day.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has solid professional horse experience
• Is confident and experienced with stallions
• Handles horses calmly, correctly and safely
• Is hardworking, reliable and responsible
• Works well as part of a team
• Takes pride in maintaining a clean, organised and professional stable
• Pays attention to the individual horses and notices when something is not right

Experience with Arabian horses and/or show horses is an advantage, but not essential if you have strong general horse and stallion-handling experience.

This is a position for someone who genuinely enjoys working with horses and wants to be part of a professional, international training environment.
