1.1 The Employee agrees to work as a guide and wrangler for MacMillan River Adventures providing services related to outdoor activities, including but not limited to guiding clients on hunting, fishing, hiking, and camping trips in the Yukon Territories. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Responsible for leading clients on hunts for big game, including moose, sheep, caribou, black bear and grizzly bear during our hunting seasons, running August through November or fishing the lakes and rivers. • Provide exceptional customer experience, acting as an educator and ensuring each client leaves a better hunter - regardless of the outcome of the hunt. • You’ll also be asked to support other guides and other aspects of the concession, including assisting with meal prep and guest services. • During the off-season, we’ll put your other skills to use on a variety of other projects as a builder and/or ranch hand, depending on your skills and interests.
