We are seeking a skilled and compassionate person to join our team! In this role you will work closely with veterinarians, trainers and owners to provide specialized recovery and conditioning care for horses healing from injuries, surgeries or chronic conditions. The ideal candidate has excellent horse handling skills, a deep understanding of equine anatomy, and experience with therapeutic modalities.
The candidate for this position must have excellent ground handling skills, including the ability to safely manage spirited, fresh or painful horses. They must have the stamina to be physically active and work outdoors in various weather conditions if needed.
A degree in or certificate in Vet Technology, Animal Science, or a dedicated Equine Rehabilitation Certification (e.g., CERP, CERT) is highly preferred.

Equestrian Employer Details
Sublime Stables is a boarding, training and equine therapy centre. We have a new equine rehabilitation centre that is waiting for the right person to get it up and running! The rehabilitation area includes a solarium, vibe floor, Indiba, laser, ultrasound (for pregnant mares) and a water treadmill. We have 146 acres of land, a large outdoor arena, an indoor arena with several stalls, 2 wash bays and grooming stalls. There is an Eurosizer and a round pen as well. The majority of the property is made up of groomed trails in wooded areas and some meadows. There is some staff housing as well.
