Job Posting: Farm Help Wanted

We are looking for reliable and capable farm help to assist with various tasks on our property one day a week (Sundays). This is a hands-on role that requires someone comfortable working with animals, tools, and outdoor tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Handling and caring for horses (must have experience)
• Using power tools for basic repairs and maintenance (drill and hammer)
• Assisting with barn cleaning and organization
• Performing yard work and general upkeep
• Operating a tractor (preferred but not required)
• May be an opportunity for riding or lunging for the right person

Requirements:

• Experience with horses is essential
• Comfortable using power tools safely and responsibly
• Able to work independently and follow instructions and take initiative as the right person will be working alone
• Physically fit and willing to work outdoors in varying weather
• Tractor driving experience is a plus

Details:

• Location: we are a private barn north of Cochrane by ten minutes
• Schedule: Sundays only
• Compensation: Based on experience
