Are you passionate about Dressage and ready to immerse yourself in a High Performance training environment?

Team Irwin is looking for a dedicated and hard-working Working Student to join our program!

This is a unique opportunity to learn from top-level professionals, be part of a motivated and supportive team, and gain hands-on experience with horses from young prospects to FEI competitors.

The working student position is comprised of working in a Team environment with three other team members. The duties of the stable are shared amongst everyone to look after a stable of 22 horses.

Administering medications, feeding, cleaning stalls, sweeping, turnout, blanketing horses, grooming, cleaning tack, bandaging, clipping. The candidate must have riding and barn work experience.

Shared living accommodations will be provided on site.
